Who we are
Serenova Homes is a residential developer and builder. We don't just draw wellness homes — we fund them, build them, and sell them finished, so the health-supporting systems are real and verified, not upgrades left on a spec sheet.
Every Serenova home is delivered with cleaner indoor air, circadian-tuned light, a quiet, airtight, energy-producing envelope, and materials chosen to keep the air free of the toxins found in ordinary construction.
The wellness standard
Wellness isn't a feature we add at the end. It's the brief every Serenova home is designed against — four systems working quietly in the background so the house takes care of you without being asked.
Circadian lighting shifts colour and intensity across the day to match natural daylight. Sensors adjust light, humidity, air quality and temperature on their own.
Optional health systems can read a hundred-plus metrics in under a minute, sense unusual movement, and track sleep, breathing and heart rate — privately, in the background.
An ultra-insulated, airtight envelope with heat-recovery ventilation and solar plus storage — designed to generate as much energy as it uses across the year.
Wall panels and modules are built under cover with digital precision, then assembled on site — better air-sealing, less waste, fewer construction toxins, more consistent quality.
