Serenova Homes is a residential developer and builder. We don't just draw wellness homes — we fund them, build them, and sell them finished, so the health-supporting systems are real and verified, not upgrades left on a spec sheet.
Who we are
Not a builder for hire.
Most wellness features in new homes are upgrades bolted on at the end — an option on a spec sheet, delivered by a subcontractor with no stake in whether it actually works. We think that's backwards. So we control the whole chain ourselves: the land, the design, the construction and the handover.
Every Serenova home is delivered with cleaner indoor air, circadian-tuned light, a quiet, airtight, energy-producing envelope, and materials chosen to keep the air free of the toxins found in ordinary construction — tested and documented before you get the keys.
The one exception: a landowner or partner who shares the same standard, and wants to build to it on their own site. We're open to that conversation.

We build it right
Precision, largely offsite construction: airtight, ultra-insulated, low-toxin envelopes assembled to a tolerance ordinary site-building can't reach.
We sell you the home
You buy a finished, verified, move-in-ready residence — not a promise and a permit. Every system is tested and documented before you get the keys.
